The mezuzah comes to you direct from Israel.  It is hand painted enamel over pewter.  It is 3.5 inches by 0.5 inches and comes with the specificed verses on a scroll written in Hebrew from the Torah, in the book of Deuteronomy 6:4-9 and 11:13-21.  This Eternal Light Mezuzah depicts the name of God along with a candle. A mezuzah is a small piece of parchment that has the verses from the book of Dueteronomy that include the verses, Hear, O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one.  This small scroll is then rolled up and placed in a decorative cover and then it is nailed to the entrance door to your home.  It should be placed in the upper third of the doorway on the right side within a few inches of the door opening.  Traditionally, it is placed on the door frame.  When placing the mezuzah upon the door frame, one should recite the traditional Hebrew Blessings. 

"Boruch Attah A-donai E-lohainu Melech ha-olam, asher kiddishanoo bimitzvotav vitzivanoo likvo-ah Mezuzah."
