This crucifix is made from olivewood found in the Holy Land. The corpus is silver plated and rests upon a 24 karat gold plated cross. This then rests upon the larger olivewood crucifix. This crucifix was made by Christians living in the Holy Land. The crucifix was touched to the tomb of the Lord Jesus Christ in the Church of the Holy Sepulchre in Jerusalem by the Franciscan Fathers there.

This is a special gift from the Holy Land and comes in a beautiful fold out package. The package has pictures of the Church of the Holy Sepulchre inside. There is also a certificate of authencity and unique number for each crucifix. There is a website where you can check the authencity of the crucifix.

The olivewood cross is 4.25 inches long, the gold plated cross is 3 inches long, and the corpus is 1.5 inches long.
