This elegrant red rosary is made up of Cloisonne beads.  Cloisonne beads are made from enameled metal.  Thin copper wires create a design and then are placed onto the bead's surface.  Next, the spaces are filled with different colored enamels.  The bead is then fired and polished to create a mosaic effect.  This technique is very old and was practiced in ancient Byzantine empire 2000 years ago.  The centerpiece of this rosary is the Sacred Heart.
