Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  If you opened it and you just don't like it, you may return it if the item is unused and undamaged and you pay the shipping costs.  Contact us at 248-795-1924 for details.

If we have made an error with your order, please notify us as soon as possible.  We don't like to make mistakes but we sure do like to correct them!

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3-7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2-3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3-5 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.  You may also call us during business hours at 248-942-3789 and we will be happy to help you.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

We offer Flat Rate Shipping on all orders within the U.S.A.  Typically we ship by the following methods:

Under 13 ounces: 1st Class Mail

Between 13 ounces and 4 pounds: Priority Mail

Over 4 pounds: Fed Ex or UPS

These methods are not guaranteed but represent the bulk of our shipments.

We ship almost all items within 1 business day of receiving the order.    If you order on Saturday night or the day before a holiday, however, Fed Ex and the Post Office won't ship until Monday or the day of business.   

You will be notified of shipping and given the tracking information by email.  Our packages ship at approximately 11:00 am Eastern time Monday through Saturday.

If you can add the item to your cart, we have it in stock.  One of our pet peeves is when we order from an online merchant, and the order is accepted, and our credit card is charged but we don't receive the item for weeks and weeks.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

6% Sales Tax is charged to customers with shipping addresses in Michigan only.
